HPPSC has released the advertisement for the HPPSC Allied Recruitment 2010 Services Examination in an advertisement number 16/2018. A total of 74 vacancies have been offered in 3 departments. These are the Cooperation Department, the Election Department, and the Excise and Taxation Department.

Syllabus for Preliminary Examination for The Post of HPPSC Subordinate Allied Services

The preliminary round of the HPPSC Allied Services Posts Examination 2019 will be held for a maximum duration of 3 hours. Also, it will consist of a maximum of 200 marks (General Knowledge) (Objective type). So, the syllabus for the examination is as follows:

  1. History, Geography, and Socio-Economic development of Himachal Pradesh. (60 marks)
  2. National and International Current Affairs, and General Knowledge. (60 Marks)
  3. Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian Culture, Indian Economy, Geography of India, and Disaster Management. Environment and Gender Issues and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi will also be important topics.
